According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2012 Jeep Wrangler driven by Jared A. Angel, 46, Springfield, was eastbound on Bluegrass Road attempting to cross U. S. 65 and traveled into the path of a 2002 GMC Sierra driven by Christopher D. Garrison, 29, Marshall.
The Angel vehicle ran off the roadway and overturned.
Garrison and a passenger in the Angel vehicle, Holly D. Angel, 44, Springfield, were treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Springfield.
Angel suffered minor injuries.
