A Branson man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 10:50 a.m. today on Shepherd of the Hills Expressway a half mile west of Branson.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor driven by Johny K. Romine, 60, Branson, ran off the roadway and overturned.
Romine was treated for serious injuries at Cox Branson.
