Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision 2:35 p.m. Saturday on I-44 four miles west of Conway.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada driven by Travis E. Mayes, 44, Springfield, changed lanes and struck a 2019 Toyota 4Runner driven by Ruben De Luna, 57, Chicago, Illinois.
Mayes was treated for moderate injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
A passenger in Mayes' vehicle, Sarah L. Daniels, 37, Springfield, was airlifted to Cox South with serious injuries.
