A Shell Knob man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 10:20 a.m. today on private property on MO 39 one mile south of Shell Knob.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1997 Mack dump truck driven by Larry K. Flick, 72, Shell Knob, was dumping a load on an uneven surface and overturned down a cliff.
Flick was airlifted to Mercy Springfield to be treated for serious injuries.
