Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident 8 p.m. Sunday on Route K five miles north of Republic.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2009 Chevrolet pickup driven by Tanner K. Calhoun, 19, Springfield, pulled into the path of a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Georgia L. Ferwalt, 74, Republic.
Ferwalt and a passenger in her vehicle, Evelyn Ruckman, 90. Republic, were treated for minor and moderate injuries, respectively, at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.
