An Aurora man was injured in a three-vehicle crash 8:50 a.m. today MO 413, three miles west of Springfield.
According to the Highway Patrol report, 2010 Kia Optima driven by Jeremy S. Norris, 38, Brookline Station, struck a 1996 Pontiac Sunfire driven by Kennith M. Shepard, 66, Aurora, in the rear, causing the Shepard vehicle to strike 2012 Chevrolet Impala in the rear. The Impala left the scene before the Patrol arrived.
Shepard was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.
