A Springfield woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident 3:50 p.m. Monday on MO 13, four miles north of Springfield.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Linda Y Matthews, 77, Springfield, turned west on Route O and into the path of a 2000 Chevrolet driven by Dean R. Mortensen, 49, Crab Orchard, Nebraska. An electric traffic light controls traffic at the intersection and it was unclear who had the right of way.
Matthews was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.
