Portion of Phelps Street to close for two weeks

Phelps Street will close west of Jefferson Avenue for up to 2 weeks beginning Tuesday, Sept. 13 to remove and replace the full depth street section.

Drivers are asked to use an alternate route while work is being completed on the Jefferson Avenue Streetscape project.
