Starting at 8:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 7, City of Springfield signal crews will be cutting power over to a new signal cabinet located on the southwest corner of Battlefield Road and Lone Pine Avenue, and rewiring the intersection. This project will replace aging infrastructure. Work is expected to be complete by noon. Traffic will be heavily impacted during this time, and delays should be expected.
