Crane teen in serious condition after truck crashes into parked railroad cars

Hannah M. Foster, 19, Crane, is in serious condition at a Springfield hospital following a one-vehicle accident 11:20 a.m. Friday on Roundhouse Road, two miles north of Crane.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2004 Chevrolet pickup driven by Brandon Stanley, 19, Aurora, ran off the left side of the road and struck parked railroad cars.

Ms. Foster, a passenger in the truck, was taken by lifeflight to Cox South. Stanley was taken by ambulance to Cox South with minor injuries. (The initial post said that Ms. Foster died. That information has been changed on the Highway Patrol report.)
