A Springfield man was charged with felony driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 5:25 p.m. Saturday on Lookout Road, two miles west of Chadwick.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2012 Polaris ATV driven by Anthony L. Romondo, 49, Springfield, ran off the roadway and struck an embankment, causing the vehicle to overturn and eject the driver.
Romondo was also charged with felony driving while revoked.
