A Republic man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 5:30 p.m. today on MO 266, three miles west of Springfield.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Ford F250 driven by John K. Holman, 49, Republic, ran off the right side of the road and struck a fence after Holman suffered a medical episode.
Holman was treated for minor injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
