Four people were injured in a three-vehicle accident 12:31 today on U. S. 160, one mile north of Nixa.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 Jeep Patriot driven by Tessa N. Ward, 20, Nixa, struck the rear of a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse driven by Vanessa L. Strong, 31, Springfield, causing the Strong vehicle to strike the rear of a 2006 Toyota Sienna driven by Linda C. Hardy, 53, Nixa.
No information was available as to where Ward was treated for minor injuries.
Strong was treated for minor injuries and two passengers in her vehicle, Billie E. Strong, 63, Modesto, California, and Lynette Strong, 63, Modesto, were treated for moderate and minor injuries, respectively at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
