A special ordinance authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into an agreement with the Missouri Solid Waste Management District “O,” for use of the City’s Household Chemical Collection Center to provide expanded household collection service to additional counties in the District, and adjusting the budget of the Environmental Services Department for Fiscal Year 2016-2017, in the amount of $18,000 to appropriate grant funds from the District.
