A Kansas woman was injured in a tubing accident 6:12 p.m. today at Point 2 on Table Rock Lake.
According to the Highway Patrol report, Deanna L. Nitschke, 52, Manhattan, Kansas, was driving a 2001 Bennington pontoon boat pulling a tube when the tube overturned. The boat dragged Kimberly L. Franz, 53, Manhattan, whose hands were lodged on the tube handle.
Franz was treated for moderate injuries at Cox Hospital, Branson.
