On Tuesday morning, officers were dispatched to check a vehicle in the 500 block of W. Mt. Vernon.
Upon contacting the occupants of the vehicle, the officer noticed that Mark High, 35, had cash in both hands.
The officer asked High to get out of the vehicle and when he did, a clear plastic bag with a crystalline substance fell out. Following a search of the vehicle, a large amount of marijuana, methamphetamine, and cash was seized.
High was arrested and booked into the Greene County Jail for delivery of a controlled substance.
