According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2020 Peterbilt dump truck driven by Caleb B. Bilyeu, 21, Kirbyville, overturned on a curve.
A passenger, Clifford W. Lewis, 53, Branson, was treated for serious injuries and Bilyeu for minor injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
