Four teens were injured in a one-vehicle accident 6:45 p.m. Thursday on Farm Road 1170, four miles south of Aurora.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 GMC Sierra driven by a 16-year-old Aurora boy traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.
The driver and a passenger, a 15-year-old Aurora boy were treated at Cox Monett for serious injuries.
Two other passengers, 16-year-old boys from Aurora and Verona were treated for serious injuries at Mercy Aurora.
