A Fair Grove teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident 5:18 p.m. Sunday on Shelby Road, 1.4 miles west of Fair Grove.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1995 Chevrolet Camaro driven by Elisha G. Hamp, 17, Fair Grove, ran off the roadway and struck a fence and a barn.
Hamp was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.
