According to the Highway Patrol report, aa 2005 Mazda Tribute driven by Christin O. Beasley, 24, Willard, during a period of heavy rainfall skidded across the center of the roadway and struck a 2006 Kenworth Conventional driven by Donald J. Bohenna, 43, Kimberling City. Both vehicles traveled off the south side of the roadway.
Beasley and a passenger, her husband Brandon A. Beasley, 23, Willard, were pronounced dead at the scene by Greene County Medical Examiner Tom Van De Berg.
The fatalities were the 35th and 36th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
