According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2016 Honda Pilot driven by Victoriya L. Moroz, 29, Springfield, crossed the center line and struck a 2021 Honda Civic driven by Angela G. Wilkinson, 56, Rogersville.
Wilkinson was treated for serious injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
Moroz and a passenger in her vehicle, a 6-year-old boy, were treated for serious injuries at Mercy Springfield.
Three other passengers in the Moriz vehicle, a baby boy, a 7-year-old girl and an 8-year-old boy were treated for minor injuries at Mercy.
