(From the Branson Police Department)The Branson Police Department wants the public to be aware of scammers that were operating in and around Branson over the last week. These suspects are from Eastern Europe and their scam involved selling fake gold jewelry to the victims because they were "stranded" in the Branson area.
On Monday, August 21st, Branson Officers did locate and stop these suspects. Officers recovered a large amount of cash and other evidence.
