A Springfield man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 8:30 a.m. today on W. Shelvin Rock Road, five miles south of Nixa.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2015 Dodge 1500 driven by Connor W. Wood, 29, Springfield, went off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.
The report says Wood suffered serious injuries and went to a Springfield hospital by unknown means.
