Four people were injured in a one-vehicle accident 10:45 p.m. Sunday on Stallion Bluff Road five miles east of Shell Knob.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 Kia Sorento driven by Austin J. Davis, 28, Aurora, ran off the roadway and struck a tree.
Davis and a passenger, Cheyenne S. Treichel, 20, Monett, were treated for moderate injuries and another passenger Cherokee J. Treichel, 19, Aurora, for serious injuries at Mercy Springfield.
Another passenger, Michaela K. Boykin, 25, Monett, was treated for moderate injiuries at Mercy Aurora.
