A Miller man was killed in a one-vehicle accident Saturday on Lawrence County Road 2040, three miles east of Miller.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2011 Buick Enclave driven by Franklin R. Bradley, 41, Miller, traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck a fence and a tree, then overturned, ejecting Bradley.
Lawrence County Coroner Scott Lakin pronounced Bradley dead at the scene at 2:01 a.m. The time of the accident is uncertain.
The fatality was the 67th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
