A Cassville woman was injured in a car-pedestrian accident 5:10 p.m. Tuesday on Route CC, five miles north of Exeter.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2013 Kia Sorento driven by Andrea J. Aldridge, 38, Exeter, struck Etta M. Nesbitt, 69, who was in the roadway.
Nesbitt was airlifted to Mercy Springfield with serious injuries.
