Two Springfield residents were injured in a two-vehicle collision 4 p.m. Thursday on MO 125, 4.5 miles east of Springfield.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2006 Ford 500 driven by Kayla D. Pennington, 34, Springfield, traveled into the path of a 1999 Honda Accord driven by Darrell J. Fullington, 57, Springfield.
Fullington was treated for serious injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
Pennington was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.
