According to the Highway Patrol report, a Nissan Quest van driven by Joshua B. Mitchell, 33, Fair Grove, ran off the right side of the road and overturned multiple times and came to rest in a field. Mitchell, who was not wearing a seat belt was ejected.
Greene County Deputy Coroner Tom Van De Berg pronounced Mitchell dead at the scene.
The fatality was the 39th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
