Six Springdale, Arkansas residents were injured in a one-vehicle accident 6:42 p.m. Friday on MO 248 four miles east of Cassville.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Hyundai Tucson driven by Jose I. Bardales, Springdale, traveled off the right side of the road and struck an embankment.
Bardales was airlifted to Mercy Hospital, Rogers, Arkansas, with serious injuries. Two passengers, Jose Ecardo and Marcos (last name unknown), were treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Rogers.
Passenger Pedro Sacul was treated for serious injuries and two other passengers, Oscar Sacul and Sederico Sacul were treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Springfield.
