According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2011 Nissan Cube driven by Joseph S. Holleman, 39, Branson, crossed the center line and struck a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Darrell E. Helton, 75, Nixa, head on.
Holleman was treated for serious injuries at Cox Branson.
