Republic Police: Do you know the owner of this vehicle?

HELP IDENTIFY: 3000 blk of East US Highway 60: 

The Republic Police Department is asking for help in locating and identifying the owner of this vehicle.

On 07/18/2023 the driver of this vehicle entered onto a job site and stole a trailer, later abandoning it in the City of Springfield. 

The vehicle appears to be a late model Ford Excursion, missing driver-side door handles, with red paint transfer on its rear bumper, and blue paint transfer on its driver-side front fender.
