Two Aurora residents were injured in a two-vehicle collision 9:46 a.m. today on U. S. 60 in Verona.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2013 Ford F150 driven by Jared J. Lueders, 38, Aurora, crossed the center line and struck a 2004 Ford 150 driven by Mance Wilkerson, 82, Aurora, head on.
Wilkerson was airlifted to Springfield Mercy with serious injuries.
Lueders was also treated for serious injuries at Mercy.
