Four Central High School students were awarded honors for broadcast journalism through the Student Television Network. These awards were for national contests sponsored by the largest student media organization in the world.
Students honored for their Central Intelligence reporting are:
Sai Vuda, second place, Broadcast Newswriting; Sophie Payne, honorable mention, Broadcast Newswriting. In addition, Sabrina Ollis and Lauren Saiko received an honorable mention in Lifestyle Reporting for the 2016-2017 STN National Awards.
