Six injured in two-vehicle collision on Route PP overpass

Six people were injured in a two-vehicle collision 3:30 p.m. Monday on the Route PP overpass at I-44.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Ford Explorer driven by Theresa A. Livingston, 62, Springfield, turned into the path of a 2002 Dodge Caravan driven by Stephanie J. Russell, 28, Greenfield.

Livingston was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.

Russell and a passenger, Shawn A. Russell, 31, Greenfield, were treated for moderate injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.

Three other passengers in the Russell vehicle, Caden M. Achor, 8, Savannah S. Johnson, 30, and Hunter W. Russell, 14, all of Greenfield, were treated for minor injuries at Cox South.
