..THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1230 AM CDT FOR WEBSTER...CHRISTIAN AND GREENE COUNTIES... At 754 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches or more of rain has already fallen. Additional rainfall this evening will aggravate ongoing flash flooding issues. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
