Three people were critically injured in a vehicle fire on West Chestnut Expressway at approximately 2:30 a.m.
The fire originated from an open container of gasoline inside the car.
Gas fumes ignited from a lit cigarette while the vehicle was in motion.
All three victims were severely burned and were transported to a local burn unit, where they are listed in critical condition.
