According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Chevrolet S-10 driven by Tanna T. Helwig, 45, Rockaway Beach, traveled off the south side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Helwig was treated for serious injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.

Rockaway Beach woman seriously injured crashing into tree
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Chevrolet S-10 driven by Tanna T. Helwig, 45, Rockaway Beach, traveled off the south side of the roadway and struck a tree.
Helwig was treated for serious injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
