According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Jose A. Colon, 42, Lampe, ran off the roadway and into a residential building.
Colon, 42, who was taken to Cox South Hospital, Springfield, with serious injuries, was also charged with driving while suspended, careless and imprudent driving involving an accident and for not wearing a seat belt.
