A Forsyth man was killed in a two-vehicle crash 12:50 p.m. Wednesday on MO 76 at Kirbyville.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1995 Ford F-150 driven by Jon W. Eggebrecht, 39, Forsyth, crossed the center line into the path of a 1985 Kenworth W900 dump truck driven by William D. David, 57, Kissee Mills.
Eggebrecht was pronounced dead at 1:40 p.m. by Taney County Deputy Coroner Bryan Koppitz.
The fatality was the 48th this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
