A LaRussell woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 11:45 p.m. Friday on Lawrence County Road 1040, two miles north of Stotts City.
According to the Highway Patrol report, 2022 Solan motor scooter driven by Jeannie M. Moloian, 54, LaRussell, struck a concrete bridge, went airborne and struck an embankment.
Moloian was flown to Mercy Springfield to be treated for serious injuries.
