According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2018 Honda SXS1000M driven by a 14-year-old Stotts City girl traveled off the right side of the roadway, traveled back onto the road and overturned off the right side of the roadway.
Lawrence County Coroner Scott Lakin pronounced the girl dead at the scene.
The fatality was the 21st this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
