According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2006 Ford Mustang driven by Tyler C. Cobb, 20, Reeds Spring, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a guardrail.
Cobb was taken to Cox South Hospital to be treated for serious injuries.

Reeds Spring man seriously injured crashing into guardrail on 60
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2006 Ford Mustang driven by Tyler C. Cobb, 20, Reeds Spring, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a guardrail.
