* WHAT...A band of light snow will be possible this evening over
  portions of southern Missouri. Accumulations will range from a
  dusting up to an inch. Freezing drizzle will also occur, causing
  black ice on road surfaces.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Missouri.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Wintry driving
  conditions may impact the morning and evening commutes today.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wet road surfaces could turn into black
  ice through tonight as temperatures fall through the 20s.
