* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Some potential for bands of heavier
  precipitation this morning. 1 to 3 inches of snow for some areas
  with potentially higher amounts. A glaze to one tenth of an
  inch of ice.

* WHERE...Southeast Kansas into central and southern Missouri.

* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Wintry driving
  conditions will likely impact the morning and evening commutes
  today.
