Starting at 8:30 a.m. May 14 until May 25, Old Sunshine Road from Sunshine Street (MO413) to just east of Burks Avenue will close for construction of the McCurry Street extension. Approximately 850 feet of Old Sunshine Road will be permanently removed from Sunshine Street. A new street connection will be constructed from the traffic signal at McCurry Avenue and Sunshine Street to the remaining segment of Old Sunshine Road.
After May 25, drivers will access Old Sunshine Road via the traffic signal at McCurry Avenue and Sunshine Street.
