A Springfield man was injured in a three-vehicle collision 10:25 a.m. today on MO 96, two miles west of Halltown.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2011 Chevrolet pickup driven by Albert L. Powers, 45, Springfield, crossed the center line and struck a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Sean M. Schwendinger, 45, Miller, and a 2016 Peterbilt driven by Maynard N. Smith, 49, Mt. Vernon.
Powers was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.
