Teen airlifted to Cox South after crashing into tree

A Clever woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 8:40 p.m. Saturday on Highway A, two miles east of Hurley.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2004 Toyota Camry driven by Amaris E. Young, 18, Clever, ran off the roadway and struck a tree.

Young was airlifted to Cox South Hospital, with serious injuries.
