A Stotts City woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident 8:01 p.m. Monday on Lawrence County Road 2130 one mile west of Mount Vernon.
According to the Highway Patrol report, an unknown vehicle struck a 2021 Tao Tao moped driven by Rebecca R. Reavis, 28, Stotts City, on a curve and fled the scene.
Reavis was treated for moderate injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
