An Ozark man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 7:50 p.m. Friday on Farm Road 131 two miles southeast of Battlefield.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2021 Jiangsu Tiking RP5 motorcycle driven by Colby E. Forsythe, 38, Ozark, went out of control and overturned, ejecting Forsythe.
Forsythe was treated for serious injuries at Cox South Hospital, Springfield.
