A federal judge sentenced a Branson man with a long history of sexual crimes to 20 years in prison during a hearing today in U. S. District Court in Springfield.
Andrew David Ferrill, 35, received and distributed child pornography in 2019 and 2020. While serving in the military, Ferrill had been court martialed in 2010 for aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecent conduct, according to the plea agreement and pleaded guilty November 30, 2018, in Taney County Circuit Court to sexual abuse in the second degree.
